Expectation: I thought I’d have to reach out to support for every little issue.
Reality: I almost never had to contact them, because most things can be fixed right from the dashboard. For example, adult traffic in Oman gave us a CTR of around 3.2%, clicks were cheap, and the whole campaign ran smoothly without a single support ticket. To me, that’s a sign of a quality platform.
